This notice describes the FŪDO Aesthetics website and its opening waitlist and contact links. Treatment booking and clinical records are handled through June under its own policies.
Contacting FŪDO
If you email or call Margaret, the information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry. If you request office-opening updates by email, your contact information is used for that request. You can ask to stop receiving these updates by emailing margaret@fudoaesthetics.com.
Opening waitlist
When you join, we collect your first name, email, any optional phone number and service interests you provide, and your optional email marketing choice. We record the signup time and the version of the consent wording shown. We use these details to send the office-opening and appointment-availability updates you requested and to follow up about that request.
Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Only people who opt in will receive additional promotional emails. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to marketing texts. You may withdraw consent or ask to leave the opening list at any time by emailing margaret@fudoaesthetics.com.
Signups are stored in a private contact list on our hosting account. A signup notification is sent to Margaret’s business email, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. Failed mail submissions are queued for retry. The form uses a temporary session cookie and limited technical data to protect against abuse; expired rate-limit records are cleared when subsequent signup requests are processed. Opening-list records are kept while needed for the opening updates; marketing preferences are retained while you remain subscribed. Contact Margaret to request access, a correction, or removal. This form is not for medical intake.
Giveaway entries
The November 2026 giveaway form collects first name, email, ZIP, eligibility/rules acknowledgment, optional marketing preference, signup time, and the version of the rules and consent wording. We also record a non-personal referral source or event code from the link you used or the source you select. Existing subscribers may enter separately. Entry records and marketing preferences are kept in a private giveaway list separate from the office-opening list.
We use entry information to administer the drawing, prevent duplicates and abuse, contact the potential winner, and send a transactional entry acknowledgment. Additional marketing emails are optional, unchecked by default, and sent only if you opt in. No phone number or health information is requested. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect an otherwise valid entry. We use a session cookie and short-lived, hashed technical identifiers for abuse prevention. Notifications and acknowledgments may be queued if the mail service is unavailable.
Giveaway records are retained as needed to administer and document the promotion; marketing preferences are retained while you remain subscribed. Contact margaret@fudoaesthetics.com to access, correct, or request removal of your information, or unsubscribe. Any eligibility verification or clinical intake happens separately. Booking and health information
Booking links take you to June, a separate service. Complete medical intake and submit health information through the clinical team’s designated process. Please do not include sensitive medical information in general email or Instagram messages.

Website services
This website contains an opening waitlist, but no medical intake form, visitor account, advertising pixel, or analytics script. It loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to load them. The hosting service may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
External links
June, Instagram, and Google Maps apply their own privacy practices when you visit them. The waitlist processes signups on our hosting server. Email contact links open your email app.
