1. Sponsor and dates
Sponsored by FŪDO Aesthetics, LLC, 2693 E Brutus St, Suite 4, Weedsport, NY 13166. The office is not open for client visits. Questions: margaret@fudoaesthetics.com. Entry opens October 24, 2026, and closes November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. America/New_York (Eastern Time). The sponsor’s server clock controls the deadline.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Central New York, age 18 or older at entry, who can attend the prize appointment at the FŪDO Weedsport office after it opens. New and existing clients and subscribers are eligible. The sponsor, its employees, people administering the drawing, and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Eligibility for the drawing does not establish clinical eligibility for any treatment.
3. How to enter
Complete the form at fudoaesthetics.com/giveaway.html with your first name, email, and ZIP, and agree to the eligibility statement and these rules. One form entry per person for the entire promotion, regardless of how many events you attend, plus a maximum of one verified Instagram Story bonus entry (two entries total). Entries using the same email are deduplicated; multiple email addresses do not create additional valid entries for one person. No purchase, appointment, social-media account, follow, share, tag, or marketing subscription is required. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds. Automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. Entry information is subject to the privacy notice.
Optional Instagram Story bonus
Share our giveaway announcement to your Instagram Story, add “Giveaway entry” to disclose your participation, and send @fudoaesthetics a screenshot plus the email used on your entry form before November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Margaret will verify the share and add one bonus entry. Private accounts are welcome. Maximum one sharing bonus per person; two entries total. Facebook shares do not earn entries. The screenshot must show the giveaway announcement in your Story. No purchase or following is required. The bonus is recorded manually after verification and matched to your form entry by email; sending a screenshot alone does not create a base entry. Repeated shares, accounts, messages, or email addresses do not create further entries. Eligible entries already received remain valid and may earn the same bonus before closing. Each verified bonus has the same weight as one form entry in the random drawing.
4. One prize
One winner receives a 30% discount off the regular price of one selected eligible treatment at one appointment, followed by up to $350 in treatment credit. The winner pays any remaining balance. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred; it applies to that one prize appointment only. Any unused credit is forfeited and does not roll over. The 30% discount replaces, rather than stacks with, the usual 20% promotion or any other offer.

- Dermal filler: up to one syringe.
- Microneedling: one standard session.
- PRP: one standard session.
- IV hydration: one standard session.
Chemical peels, prescription skincare and haircare, packages, memberships, additional units or syringes, add-ons, and further sessions are excluded. The final regular price, discount, credit, any applicable fees or taxes, and any amount the winner would owe must be explained and accepted before treatment. No particular treatment result is promised. Clinical assessment, an authorized treatment plan, and informed consent are required. The winner may choose another eligible, clinically appropriate option if unsuitable for the first choice. If no eligible treatment is clinically appropriate, no treatment will be provided and no cash substitute is offered. The winner is never required to undergo treatment.
5. Selection and notification
One potential winner will be selected at random on December 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received before closing. Odds depend on the total number of eligible form and verified bonus entries. Before drawing, the sponsor will combine form entries with the verified bonus ledger, giving each eligible person one or two equally weighted entries. The sponsor will contact the potential winner using the submitted email address. The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of the initial email and may be asked to verify identity, age, residency, and eligibility privately. If the person does not respond, cannot be contacted, or is ineligible, another potential winner may be drawn. No payment is required to enter or claim selection. An optional clinical service balance is separate and must be agreed before treatment.
6. Scheduling and use
The prize service must be performed at FŪDO Aesthetics, 2693 E Brutus St, Suite 4, Weedsport, NY 13166, after the office opens. The opening date is to be announced. Arrange the appointment directly with Margaret, subject to office availability and clinical approval. Mobile visits and other locations are excluded. The prize does not reserve a particular date or guarantee a specific product or treatment. The winner is responsible for their own travel to the office. The prize credit has no stated expiry in this promotion. The sponsor will work with the winner to arrange a reasonable available appointment. No patient photos, testimonial, or marketing permission are required to claim the prize.
7. Administration
The sponsor may verify entries and disqualify manipulation, fraud, or rule violations. If a technical problem materially affects the promotion, the sponsor may suspend or modify the affected process fairly, announce the change on the giveaway page, and preserve valid entries where feasible. A submitted form is only an entry when the server confirms it was saved. Keep the confirmation email and contact Margaret if you encounter an error.
8. Social platforms
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases those platforms from claims arising from this promotion. Information is provided to FŪDO Aesthetics, LLC, not to those platforms. Social sharing and following are optional. Only the Instagram Story method described above earns a sharing bonus.
9. Privacy and winner information
Entry data is used to administer the drawing, confirm eligibility, contact the winner, and provide the requested giveaway acknowledgment. Additional promotional emails are sent only with the entrant’s separate opt-in. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove an otherwise valid giveaway entry. Do not submit health information in the entry form. The winner may be announced using first name and last initial only after permission; no treatment details are published without separate consent. Contact Margaret to request confirmation that a winner has been selected.
